do-Organizer 3.2 is the latest version of this shareware program by GemX Software. After entering our email address, we can start downloading the fully featured trial version and evaluate it free of charge for a 30-day period. It features and incredible number of icon tools on the left side, on top of the Main Windows, and a toolbar.
The icons on the left side give access to Home, User and Resources, Contacts, Tasks, Mail, Notes and Documents, Finance and Spreadsheets, Bookmarks, Mindscape, Password Manager, Year Planner and Reports. Each of them has one or several subfolders. From the Icon Menu on top, we can create a Database, add a new appointment, note, task, contact, vault item, email, and bookmark, and set our preferences. It compose draft message, check, and manage all our account for new email messages, etc. We are allowed to add images to our folder. From the toolbar, we can open sliding windows for these options: File, Edit, View, Navigator, Messages, Tools, and Help. The MiniBar layout can be customized. It runs under Windows 2000, XP and Vista operating systems.
